Dark Parables: Mermaid (Full) for PC and MAC

PROBLEM!!! I am trying to get the orb out of the small basin of water after I just fed the 2 "angry fish". I can't pick it up with my hand so I try to use the tongs and it FREEZES every time! It even freezes when I click on the orb before trying to use the tongs now. Please fix ASAP as I would like to finish the game. It's been great so far.

Beautiful game, I liked the story. The game froze at least 3 times though. I didn't enjoy finding pieces of hidden objects only to have them magically come together, but overall it's a great game

Update to Original review on 1/20/16 I just played this for the second time and it was just as enjoyable as the first, if not more so. There are so many extras to collect and play. I think this just might be my Eipix/Big Fish favorite. (Second to Artifex Mundi's Nightmares From the Deep trilogy) **Nearly perfect** It's not enough to take a star, but...there's a mistap penalty when you zoom in on HO scenes and are panning through looking for objects. Annoying!

Another good looking offering From the Eipix team. Really great graphics and cut scenes. Loses 1 star for the sameness and overly cluttered HOS. Liquid smooth touch response and overall gameplay. Challenging and enjoyable.

Enjoyed Gameplay, story & graphics are well done. Issues: some puzzles need more info, some ho hard to see, not thrilled about putting things together, what's w pinnochio, the frog, sleeping beauty(??) & lil red riding hood??, had to press some items multiple times to pick up, why is there no journal!!? Oh, & it'd be nice if I had time to read info before it disappears, at the top. Fix these before the next game, please... & it'd be nice to have the mystery of the surprise guest explained.

Adore everything bout it! Only one mere prob... is the skip button is too quick and easy. I skipped a few mini games on accident! Otherwise, W O N D E R F U L !!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Excellent game but... I tried to like this game but I just wasn't into it. Underground water, fish, eels, crabs, etc. I just don't dig it. That being said, I thought the game was very well done and the graphics were wonderful. It's a Eipix game along with Blue Tea Games so it did feel a little bit different than the usual Eipix game. I thought though there were way too many HO.'s and the puzzles got boring. Not enough variety to either one and they were repetitive. The story was a little confusing and what was Pinocchio doing there? Since the "Red Riding" game hasn't come to Android, we're kind of in the dark about that storyline. What's up with the price of their games lately? I paid almost $5.(Cdn) and that was on sale! That is getting to be a bit too much. The length of the game was long but the bonus chapter was a disappointment along with it's ending. So, although I wasn't crazy about this game, I would recommend it to others only because it is so well done.

Eipix has done it again. Beautiful graphics easy on the eye and very colorful. Nice mix of HOGs and puzzles. I thought since they went to all the trouble to create such hidden object scenes they could have made these games a little harder, I was baffled a to why Pinnocchio appeared as a character didn't fit into game plan. I am anxiously waiting for the next game.

Awesome!!! I haven't been really happy lately with some of the hidden object/mystery games but wow this one is incredible!! Gorgeous colors and love the storyline. Have found my new favorite series....All the parable storylines are pretty awesome but for me this one was the best!! Enjoy fellow hoggers!!! :)

Dark Parable Graphics are super. Had a problem with freezing at the perhina tank that require delating game and reinstall. Think was due to being one of the 1st to down load. This is a great game for beginners. Would recommend to them.

Great game! I enjoyed it. Ok, so the story was good... nothing spectacular, but good. The graphics were amazing, hint recharged quickly, & the map made navigation super easy. My only complaint is the HOS were blah. I really don't like this kind of picture search at all. Might have been OK if at least some of them were the normal kind. As far as mini games go, these were a little disappointing in that many were very repetitive, which might be OK if u enjoy the ones that repeated A LOT, but they weren't my fav by any stretch of the imagination. All in all, it's a good one & I'd recommend it. Length of game was perfect with the price, & the bonus chapter was fun.

Huge problem!! The game freezes at the basin with the angry fish I have tried 5 times. Considering that I paid a $5 price tag for this game, this problem should be fixed quickly. I see the same problem is happening to alot of other people. Please fix or start digging deep in your piggy bank and start paying all of us back. I would enjoy giving this game 5 stars when the problem is fixed. It's a great game.

Fantastic Good story and beautiful graphics. I really liked the HOP pieces making elements of a whole. Just one thing that irritated me, every time you found a piece or ornament, it said "you have found a tool, come on guys, that's just laziness, if you don't want to name the "won" item then don't use the word tool, just say "you have won something that will come in handy" I also liked the reference to the "that fish looks familiar" nice bit of humour. More like this please.

I liked it alot My only problem was sometimes in the hidden objects games it was hard to see what I was looking for ..that's why 4 stars instead of 5....the story was pretty good and the graphics great...I just can't help buying these games even though 5 dollars is a bit steep...I like when big fish has sales on games...anyway I liked it.

Dark parables: Mermaid and the Purple Tide The game runs smoothly, but I didn't like it showing objects if it took too long to find it on my own. I'm 76 r o and my reflexes aren't that great nor are my eyes.

Little mermaid Don't waste your money, once again I tried to play, once again, got halfway through, and yes, once again it froze, and wouldn't come back on unless I uninstall and re-install. Loosing all progress. This game sucks. Beautiful graphics, but can't play. Big Fish is a rip-off 8 out of 10 times.

Very nice graphics :) loved the game BUT at the 'Waterfall' when i try to feed the fishes the game freeze. Tried so many times but can't skip or do the task. It's very disappointing because i paid for it and can't finish the game!!! :(

Beautiful graphics however it all looked the same after awhile. Need to tap everywhere to find anything cuz it all looks same o same o. Four stars for working flawlessly.

Bonus points! I love the fact that once I've beaten the game I can go back to find things I've missed. That being said this one gets a little repetitive but it had most of my favorite aspects to hidden object games. A fine story and beautiful artwork.

Ooo What a Nasty Sea Monster! Made by Eipix. An absolute feast for the eye. Read the game description and it will tell you as much as I usually do. This game has everything we love. HO's have a new interesting achievement system. Teleportation task map and hints. Collectible crescent moons. Long scavenger hunt with replayable games, souvenirs, etc. If you decide to play - go to achievements, check parables and collectibles. There are so many things to collect in this game, but they don't really tell you what to look for (probably for the value of replay). I like this game a lot. Its a weird storyline that seems to handle well so far. Oopps, problems at the piranha bowl, but persistence payed off, I got past it. 1/20/16.

Very colorful graphics, would like audio include. Some mini games were challenging, would keep the player involve. The extra game at end was short tale, adding more scenes with forbidden chamber.

Well done overall Good puzzles, although some repetitition. HOGs okay but nothing special. Story is well done, graphics beautiul. Bonus chapter, collectables etc. Good length overall, as well.

Cool game My only complaint is that the hos are all just looking for parts of one big thing. It'd be much better to have a regular hos every now and then.

Maybe someday Eipix well produce 5 star games... No matter how many Eipix games I play I am always left with one impression - that it's not complete, that it was rushed, that it is disconnected. The quality of the game is fine, but the story is very disjointed (since we're clearly missing some precious sorry lines: Pinocchio & Red Riding Hood). Some of the game seems fuzzy with little explanation. I truly enjoyed the first Dark Parables - Briar Rose and that was create by a different developer.

Didnt enjoy this game Too messy and confusing. .... didnt like to have to go back back and back for one medallion. Collecting medallion wasnt interesting, hidden objects didnt really exist...to wishy washy.... just boring to play... can i get a refund thanks

I love the Dark Parables series, iv played every one of them and this was another wonderful addition. I didnt have any problems with bugs or and thing. Cant wait tell the next one

I love the Dark Parables games. I love how the HOG's were set up to find items that created one major item needed in the game. I've played all 8 and can't wait for number 9. It was easy but not too easy. I also loved that if you forgot something you could go back after completing the game and get what you needed. Please keep them coming
