I'm having so many problems right now. I need zynga to fix this now cause I can't see my co-op and I'm getting very frustrated Fix the problem so I can see my co-op people

I play this game on Zygna games online, it's a great game. The only problem I have is it freezes are stop responding all the time you constantly have to refresh the game. Please hurry up and fix the problems.
