GA 1: An Assassin in Orlandes for PC and MAC

This book dead ends after just about any choice you make. Don't let all of the choices fool you. This is an extremely linear game. Almost every choice is the wrong choice. It is just a guessing game and the consequences of a wrong answer is death or exile every time. It is a shame though, the UI is amazing and gameplay is great. Too bad the content is horrible.

Great! Anyone who thinks this is a linear boring book doesn't get it. It's fun because you can lose. The point is to figure out how to live! I'm a d&d geek and I thought it was great. I don't see how someone could dislike it.

Confused!!!!!! Hi bought this game straight off. when I start it up I get sound but no graphics. I then downloaded the free trial and ran that. For some reason I get both sound and graphics on demo but only sound on full game, can you fix this or a refund please

Casual is the best way to play. There are simply too many opportunities to fail, and all this mode allows is an unlimited amount of bookmarks. How anyone could get through the entire story on 3 bookmarks is beyond me!

Great gamebook- well written, very entertaining, well balanced, not too short not too long. Keep up the good work!

Great book Had much fun playing through this story. There isn't a huge variety for replay unless your a completionist but worth the price, will be buying more from tin man games soon

Great Fun This game is fun and chllenging. It is not linear as some ratings suggest. There are a ton of endings. Only a couple are good endings. But that is part of the fun.

Does not work. All I get is a black screen after starting a game.

Really enjoyed this, s decent story, with plenty of variety along the way As a lover of these kinds of books as as kid I was keen to find something like this.

Fun Gamebook Wasn't sure I would like the theme of this book much, but I ended up enjoying a few play throughs!

Perhaps the best This genre is a very good one. Brings back the nostagic feel of its paperback counterparts from before. Excellent.

Loved it, took quite a few run throughs but I finally got a good ending.

Great Very interesting story and a well worth game play, enjoyed it very much.

Good fun, especially if you enjoyed the books Hope you keep making these!

Great Fun Takes me back to my youth. Well written and lots of replay value.

Worth paying for. I liked the story and especially enjoyed the production quality of this gamebook.

The 'Gamebook' returns! No dice required! A good solid story fitting of a gamebook, the beginning of a whole new fantasy universe awaiting to be explored. Excellent playability coupled with a fitting soundtrack (something you don't get with those books in print form ;-) ) Just the right length for a mobile book/game version of the genre. Now off to read GA2!!!!

Buy this game its worth every bit. This was a amazingly written book. Enjoyed every minute. Didn't care for the fitness checks. Should be able to purchase magical item that can increase your fitness. Otherwise many great hrs of playtime. Well played sirs.

Great game My only disappointment is that I had to uninstall it to make room on tablet. Re-installed it and all my achievements were gone.

Very Enjoyable! The story is very gripping, that I can't help playing it again and again... and finally resorted to Casual mode. Slightly too difficult if you ask me, and the price is a tad too high, but very well-made and -written. I hope there is a sequel to the story...

Fun and a great story I jad a probkem with this so i sent in an email they had an update out quickly that fixed all my problems.

Great, though addicting If you vaguely like this, be prepared to buy the whole lot of them.

Great Story No spoilers here but know that the money you pay for this choose your own adventure story is well worth it. Developers are very friendly.

Better than my old game books The dice are a nice touch. Nostalgia for all my old fighting fantasy books

Lots of Fun Really enjoyed this game book despite dying forty times or so.

Not working Just bought it and not working. I have an Xperia z. It works fine on my Asus tablet.

A fantastic game book, well written and well designed.

Good game Very well written and interesting story but some (dead) endings come a bit surprisingly. Feels unfair to die just out of nowhere. Anyway great game. Just a little bit too expensive to me.

Choose your own Adventure? I am ashamed that I didnt get this sooner. This is pretty incredible. The dice rolls add a decent amount of tension. Say goodbye to your friends.

So much fun! Just tried out my first Gamebook Adventure and I'll definitely be back for more. Think the classic Choose Your Own Adventure combined with turn based D&D combat. Great idea and outstanding execution. Plays seamlessly on the Nexus 4. Well done!

Adventure tiiiime This is pretty cool, hours of replayability here. Especially awesome if you're getting the tabletop rpg shakes..

Great Story! Excellent story and great integration of modern technology into the traditional choose your own adventure genre.

Very nice Great read, brings you right back to the fighting fantasy books, but after reading the house of hell and blood of the zombies i realised this is much better. Great storyline and setting and interesting combat, yes like all these adventure game books, you do rely on a bit of luck, however fitness checks which is like luck in FF usually doesn't result in your death on a failed role, rather just some lost vitality (stamina) or a different albeit trickier path. you do get a second to re role the dice just once by shaking your screen which adds some skill as you need to decide quickly if your role is good or could be improved or risk making it worse! The game is a bit short though there is many branching paths through it, i found the 3 bookmarks allowed in classic mode to be just right. I look forward to playing more of these books.

A great read The new changes, espically the landscape mode make a good book even better.

Very good but! Very good game, tons of hours of game time and very well written. Only issue i found when i play it i can shake my device as many times as i want before the dice come to a stop and they will just re-roll. I can get the perfect out come like this all the time what sorta sucks but sometimes people like to cheat?
