it doesn't have language options i can't understand the language.. it is better if they put choices of language there.

Why not in English can't understand at all... I would rate 5 star if it was in English m a dota fans.. Pliz update in English...

Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type Mobile Dota in Search bar and install it.
