Lost my progress When I loged in my google account, all my progress are gone GONE!! YOUR UPDATE SUCKS!! I really loved the game.... Please fix

I just bought some gems and got none of them........not looking too good guys

The most irriating part is the log in. I use goggle play where the icon is so small. U tend to miss the icon and it forces u to create a new game instead when u accidentally click the bind account. Worst, it is not reversable. So u have to reinstall the game again. But the game is quite fun.

Damn stupid Spent so much money only for game master to abandon s5 and not allowing s5 to play guild war.. listen up guys this game masters sucks dun download this game.. go to their FB page and look at all the remarks and u will know how the players are suffering.. even after emails and emails , after all the messages to gm there is no reply

Great game You should have a place where two people or more can team up and fight a boss.

Very poor support Purchased vip member but never get any diamonds.dont bother sending any emails to them. They never relpy. If you want to buy any in apps from this game. Be very careful. If you got problem like me. Good luck. They dont even care. You better just email google play. Google take care of its customer well. Unlike this company.

Maintained badly Game is good but admin failed the game. Money sucker game. Easy to draw gold cards at start, until you are addicted the amount of gold cards and marks drawn are ridiculous. They will come out with lame excuses to refrain older servers to join event like having insufficent players in the older servers to join event. Instead of resolving the issue by merging or rewards for new account created they continued to open new server. Customer service wise worst. No reply from admins at all.

Extremely bad support! I made a purchase of diamonds. Did not get my items and no response from developers as well after 1 week!

I love this game. But deduct my money twice I purchase a vip monthly diamond. It deduct me twice. Please help to look into it as I know vip monthly can only use once per month but why deduct me twice. Please look into it. Thanks

Bug I keep on buying weapon fragments, but it doesn't appear cumulatively on weapon recast, so my reputation consumed & I gain nothing, plus fix it, I like this game alright

Pay to win Its a great game with nice graphics and artwork you can still enjoy the game without spending a dime if being top player doesn't appeal to you,there's monthly and weekly gifts and daily diamonds to help free to play players.

Cool update . but some bugs occur the new updates our breathtaking, so cool and nice . but some bugs suddenly occurred like can't disenchant and can't upgrade a stone :3 please fix it .

It is also better than Hearthstone too Auto attack, manual cast spells and manual place heroes. And each heroes have their own army of their class

Problem After the update it say network failure but my network working fine... Pls fix it.. Great game though.

Great Strategy Game But where are all my daily Login gems.

Bad bug problem The icon on the left that you should be able to slide or hide that covers the mail, crashes the game when I try to hide or move it, making it impossible to check mail.

Unrealistic game There is no balance in this game. Casters kill enemies instantly. Not enjoyable at all when fighting players with caster troop as there will not be any fighting chance. If you are playing for free, don't waste your time in this game!

Very bad in game support Always have problem with their in game purchase store. Money was deducted from account but diamonds not credited. Slow on response in solving issue as well.

i just purchased 1200 diamonds and did not receive any diamonds? Can i get help with that?
