Ugly Americans for PC and MAC

Anything Ugly Americans has me sold. So happy that there is still someone making more out of this show. It was one of my favourite series ever. I think this 'game' is funny, definitely incorporates the humour but I would like to see some sort of interactive mini games or something - otherwise I'd consider marketing this as an interactive comic series which any true fan would love. Thanks for doing such a great job with the music, visuals and story :)

Better then expected... Short of more episodes, this really is quite good and well worth a download for fans of the show, voice acting would be nice but is gone for obvious reasons. The episodes look fresh from the tv however and the animation is surprisingly good. Minus 1 star for being an app which requires time passes to play, but otherwise very solid. It's a shame someone couldn't step up to get this show back on the air, but for now this is a fun distraction and way to revisit Mark Lily and the cast.

Such fond memories~♡ Really miss the show... I could still hear the character's voices while reading their lines. The humor in here feels slightly forced I have to say though... almost a bit dry. And the whole of 4x5 hours of waiting is tedious to no end... Still. Good to see Ugly Americans again!!

Good. Overall the game is fun. And it feels like it was written by the creators, so that's a plus. It just doesn't feel like the choices you make change anything much. Like you have a single path and there's no way to deviate from said path. But I'm still a fan of the show so I'll play this and I still get a laugh.

Ugly Americans Comic? It works Since i have been missing the show like mad for the last two years i thought i would give it a try. Its like a blast ftom the past with a modern show. Who would have thought an interactive ugly americans comic would work, but it really does.! Please write more episodes though!

Every time I review this app, somehow it gets erased. Ahem, anyway, as I said in my previous 2 reviews: First let me say I'm glad to have some form of Ugly Americans back. That being said, the chapters are WAY too short to only give you 2 reading passes every 4 hours. It would be nice to have the voice actors back, but I understand it might not be possible. P.S. I'm on episode 38 so I hope there will be more content added soon.

Ugly Americans comes back! I haven't gotten too far into it, but it's very witty and enjoyable. It's an interactive viewing experience. Do not expect a full blown game. It's like watching the show with the added bonus of being like those old choose your adventure novels. Brilliant.

As close as you can get to the show We needed this like 2 years ago thank God its here lol someone somewhere bring back the show!! Good interactive comic with new content as good as we can get besides watching all the re runs on hulu

Good but needs voices I love Ugly Americans and I am glad that the creaters made this app for those of us who would like to see the series continue. The only thing i'd like is to have the characters voices instead of having to read what they say even when you can see them talking. It should not take up a lot of memory.

Ugly American fans help support! I still really enjoyed it. Love that they make fun of the fact its been 2 years since they've been around. I'd love to see them come back. UA was my favorite show!

Loved it since it was a tv show Great time filler for when you're bored. I don't like some of the ads being as long as they are but the game play is great even though there is no voice acting I can still hear their voices in my head as I read everything.

I started playing this game because this was the only choose your own story I could find that was not romance I really enjoyed playing it and wanted to replay it but I can't find a way to do that so I guess I will delete this from my phone for a while until they come up with an option to let you replay what you just did or they come up with something new

Great for what it is. I've always been a fan of Ugly Americans. Finding this was a blessing for my U.A withdrawal. It may not have voice acting, and you have to wait to continue the story and the aspect ratio is screwy. However, despite its downsides it's a great (and free) trip back to the world we love.

Ugly Americans great fun Downloaded this as I like this type of game. Never caught the show but this was and is so cool. If you like to read whays haplening and have the ability to choose the outcome of the story, this che k this out. You can choose not to pay for extras. Music is cool shame there aint any1 talking tho. Also shame you only get 2 turns every four hours.

More Ugly Americans, I'll take it! No voice acting, but as a dedicated fan I read all the dialogue in the voices. Humor is still there, very entertaining, and has some choose-your-own-adventure moments for re-playability.

Love the stories Great humor though the interactivity only seems to be there to keep you reading versus affecting the outcome, which i understand is much harder to do. Still, good content and classic ugly humor, but i wish there was voice acting :c

Basically season 3, hope they make a sequel First few episodes are rough but by the fifth one it feels like the old show again. One long episode broken into parts... Cant wait to see how it ends. The lack of voice acting sucks but reading builds minds.... If you love the show you will love this.

As close to season 3 as we'll get While it doesn't flow the same as the show and the chapters are very, very small..if you are a fan of the show whom really misses it, the characters and wants to see them continue, I recommend this app. I'm grateful comedy central, Devin Clark and Dan Powell are keeping this alive in some fashion. I think the next best thing would be a graphic novel but, the app will suffice. Please, Write new episodes. And comedy central, please reconsider a revival of this show.

Treegasm Super happy to see the show live on. Way better than that item search game. Im already familiar with the episode app so waiting four hours doesnt bother me as much as it used to. Some story apps make you wait a full day. Too bad the cast couldnt provide their voices but then it probably wouldnt be free.

More, please! Please, produce more content for fans. But don't feel pressure to offer up any ol' thing. We expect quality! Lol which youve got down so far... Seriously, miss the show though! I was just tweeting! I wish the voice actors can get involved. I want more Twayne! You mentioned changing the format. Don't! I like a new case each time, but I think you guys know to focus on character's individual stories too. I love it when the diff characters interact and you really feel their personalities/relationship dynamics.

The story is fine The only thing I miss are the voices but I understand that's asking for probably too much. The thing I really dislike is that you have limited "views," that you either have to recharge or actually pay for. Hey, you stuck commercials on for °°°°'s sake, quit trying to double dip.

It calms my Ugly Americans withdrawal. While I feel that it is unfair for me to complain about anything I get for free, as an American on the Internet, it is believed that it is my god given right to tell you how I really feel. The 2 passes every 4 hours is bullspit. The chapters are pretty short to begin with, so lots of waiting for a small climax. But the writing is definitely on point. This is one of my favorite television shows and miss it every day, but this app helps fill the Mark Lilly shaped hole in my heart.

Addicting and fun This game is awesomely addicting and super fun. It's simple and has entertaining story lines. Cant wait for more episodes! I didn't know it was a TV show but I am looking for the episodes now. :DD

Tge storyline so far is just like the tv show awesome as evet. I don't even mind the commercials so much. I know they need to make money to keep this up. Its the waiting to continue the story is what sucks. After a chapter or two the make you wait a while before you can continue. Is that going to stop me? Of course not.

NEEDS MORE EPISODES Really hilarious and satirical. Also, the episodes need to be longer. And 4 hours for 2 passes is absurd. It used to be 3 passes for 3 hours, then 3 passes for 4 hrs, but now it's down to two. It's ridiculous.

Great quality but... I got so bored just reading and I didn't like the fact that I only was able to "choose" someone's action 1 out of 9 thought bubbles... that's lame.

Can't Buy Tokens! Good Content, Terrible App In app billing is broken! Content is good, but the delivery mechanism is all wrong. Calling these tiny parts of the one story "episodes" is misleading. The timed episode tokens thing is just way off. I don't want to pay for tokens, I want to buy full stories just as I would buy an episode of the TV show, comic etc. Ads are woeful - I understand the need to monetise the content, but ads are only the answer if your content isn't worth paying for - that's not the case here, just let me buy full stories.

Still as funny as ever! I'm so glad Ugly Americans is back! I was a huge fan of the show and was so disappointed to find out it wasn't on the air anymore. Finding this app made me excited all over again. It's great, funny, and has the amazing humor of the original show. Here's hoping for more!

My favourite show. I was impatient and bought chapters. Bring back the show! How can a show with high ratings only have 2 seasons. When are the new chapters coming out? Maybe incorporate some kind of gameplay element like tapping or something like telltales walkingdead

Pretty good. I don't see why I need to wait 4 hours AND sit through commercials. Should be one or the other. Other than that it's more Ugly Americans and I never thought I'd get that so yay!

Oh Ugly Americans.. I've missed you so much. It's been too long. Thank you for resurrecting one of my favorite shows into something I can interact with. Please fix the buffering issue though. The music and sounds keep cutting out for me sporadically.

Bring ugly Americans back on tv! This is a good enough fix from the long withdrawal but it is not an on replacement to the awesome tv show! Bring ugly Americans back on TV! I don't even know why anyone would cancel such an awesome existence of colorful characters in one show!? Bonkers!

It's OK I'm watching the program but its just average. I wouldn't tell anyone its super so download the thing I haven't finished it and thinking I'll delete it. Moves to slow for me and its inter-active. So what? No big deal..

So Awsome! I Was So Sad When Ugly Americans Was Not On Anymore! But When I Found This I Was So Excited! I Think The App Is As Good As The Show! Even Without The Voices! But All Those Voices Still Live Inside My Heart.

Amazing stories, disappointing app. This app has also been slow, glitchy, frequently unresponsive, and extremely unintuitive on every phone I've had including my new Galaxy S6; however, the stories themselves are great. They are extremely believable Ugly Americans stories with classic dialog and character interactions. They are so well written that I read every word in the charactes' voices. I really wish the app were better, but I'll take it since it means more classic Ugly Americans.

Still funny I missed the show, and this is the closest I will get to my fix. Wish they had voices here too. Good thing I still remember how their voices sound. Great app so far. Keep it up.

Love this show! I am so glad you've found a way to bring us more ugly Americans! Do your best to bring the show back somehow! But, this is an amazing runner up.

Abandoned it seems The app seems abandoned now, it's been a bit over two months since the release and no updates and the devs replied even to questions when released, but now have stopped.

Fun time This game is filling the void of unhappiness that the loss of Ugly Americans has made. It's great seeing those characters again. I enjoy playing it often!
